Every tool on the platform in one open space. No lesson, no sequence — just you, your questions, and wherever the thinking takes you.
There's no curriculum in Labs. Start anywhere, combine anything. The direction comes from the doing — not a lesson plan.
New tools land in Labs before they're finished. Surfaces are still being shaped. Being here early means influencing what they become.
Built-in elements, plugins from the registry, graphing, code execution, formula building — all available in one open workspace. No workflow prescribed, no sequence enforced.
A graphing widget next to a code block. A simulation inside a worked proof. A formula builder feeding a chart. Labs is for finding out what happens when you don't follow the instructions.
Anything you build in Labs can be saved and published as an internote. A working experiment becomes a note, a demonstration, a starting point for someone else.
An open workspace where every platform tool is available without a guided structure — a scratchpad for curiosity. There's no curriculum, no lesson plan, and no prescribed order. You start anywhere, combine anything, and follow the thinking wherever it leads.
Labs is coming soon. There's no waitlist or sign-up — we'll announce when it opens.
The graphing suite, code runner, and formula builder, alongside all built-in element types from the internote format. On top of that, the full plugin registry — physics simulations, data visualisers, chemistry tools, audio processors, and other domain-specific interactive elements built by developers. In Labs these aren't embedded in a document structure; they sit side by side and combine freely. That's what makes it an ecosystem rather than a set of isolated components: a physics simulation can sit next to a live graph, next to a code block, with nothing forcing a particular structure between them.
Labs is a distinct surface from the internote editor — a different mode of working entirely. Rather than building inside the structured format of an internote, Labs is an open environment designed for exploration without the constraints of a document.
